Study Aids

Since some of us still have some problems with the English language, and it doesn't hurt the others to improve their writing and speaking anyway, we decided to take a look at some grammar and vocabulary books. In these study aids we found many useful phrases (that magically appeared in our class tests later on) as well as tips on how to apply grammar rules to our writings. The books we worked with are listed here, together with our opinions on the advantages respectively disadvantages. Furthermore, we listed examples of the so-called "false friends", e. g. "get" and "become". And, in most cases, we now know the difference!
